Who ever said skinny jeans are boring? NO ONE!!!
My news years resolution is to lose my baby fat. The stuff that just won't come off. That extra 20 poundage that's just sitting in my middle looking like a muffin top. Blugh!
My mother-in-law has talked about it with me and her ideas are to just watch what you eat, eat healthy, and eat less portions. (Portion control has been my issue. I was still eating like a pregnant woman: EATING FOR 2.)
So far it's worked. I have lost 9lbs this year alone. I know diet and exercise are key. It's the exercise I need to get in now. I feel good though. I put my skinnier jean on this morning and while they were a little snug, I knew that it wouldn't be long before I can wear them again. Yay for me.
I've been keeping a log of my calories, what I eat, and been motivated by my husband and a friend who is trying to lose weight and has a weight loss blog. Thanks, Amy, for getting me on board.
